Spacious 4-bed Holiday Home in the heart of Maidstone

It was a little hard to find, needed to say that it was above the pub and have an accurate postcode as there are 2 66’s along this very long road.

I think the separation from the pub downstairs needs a little work, inner door was also a bit dodgy on the hinges

perfect positioning for access to kent and surrounding areas very clean with excellent hosts.

This property is totally foul. And I have requested it to be removed from booking.com

Location, amenities. Towels and linen were nice and clean and fresh

Bathroom needed a deep clean.

Not much to be honest only parking for one car and this just made it hard work. its not finished in the building stage no outside place, not the best

totally over priced the building is dirty and in need of a good clean and some finishing off, as no parking for cars only one owner was parked so had hard to unload cars

Not very much. Host offered small refund as compensation (£25) but the cost of the flat is so over priced for what it is

Unclean, dangerous and unlit entrance, fire alarm beeping all night, horrid smell - mould clearly just painted over - there is a reason that most of the pictures are of the kitchen and not anywhere else ! Things in the kitchen were sticky, it felt unclean and a complete rip off.

Nothing. False advertising. Unsafe and unsuitable for a family.

Dangerous exterior/parking area. Falling down stone wall, wooden fence propped up with wooden pole and bin. Risk to adults vehicle and in particular children. Should be removed from booking until made safe. Flat above a disused pub. Drug paraphernalia in a draw, fitish whip in a cupboard. Open pub urinals as you enter the property. Mould on walls, damp, pealing wall paper and bulging damp patches in ceiling above bed. Uncomfortable beds.
