Canfranc Estación, a Royal Hideaway Hotel - Gran Lujo

El edificio es impresionante. La habitación (126), un poco justa, pero todo perfecto y súper limpia. En el Restaurante la comida muy buena y con calidad, pero muy lentos en el Servicio (de plato a plato 20 minutos). No teníamos reserva y nos pusieron pegas, al parecer estaba completo y después de darnos mesa, había 14 mesas libres que en ningún momento fueron ocupadas. ( increíble). El desayuno carísimo 28€ x persona. Por lo demás todo perfecto.

Nothing special—it's not a true 5-star hotel.

Two things that were disqualifying: a) On Booking, it says they have a pool. But when we wanted to use it, we were told there was an extra charge. b) On the first day, the woman at the front desk told us we didn’t need to make reservations for dinner. When we tried to go to the restaurant, they told us there was no room and literally kicked us out. We had to go to a place 500 m away in nearly 40 DC heat.

El hotel es estupendo y el personal muy amable y atento. La habitacion era grande y muy cómoda. El desayuno buffet riquisimo y con muchas opciones, tanto frías como calientes. El hotel es precioso y merece la pena visitarlo mientras estas alojado.

L'accès à la piscine est payant ( 20 euros par personne pour 50 minutes). C'est très mesquin, compte tenu du prix des chambres !

Fabulous hotel in a beautiful location. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. All the staff were polite, very friendly and helpful.

There was nothing about our stay that we did not like.
