Good location, good host communication, all very easy

3rd bedroom far too small for 2 adults. Strong sewage smell coming from en-suite

The location and the property was modern and comfortable

Door codes has been sent before arrival… quick responses on a complaint… nice aesthetic and multiple bathroom was excellent, Good ventilation, nice kitchen utensils.. easy access to city center. Quite enveronment

Poor hygiene Poor Tv remote control Uneasy accessibility on dish washer. I expected a bigger bed size.

The location of the house was excellent for staying close to the Eithad stadium! Well appointed, unfortunately we did not have the time to stay any longer. Astounded we had a driveway. I assumed we would be parking on the street. As previously mentioned the only downside was the beds were uncomfortable. I loved the ikea shoe storage and you have seriously prompted me to buy one for my house.

The mattresses ideally would be a better grade given that people are generally exhausted when they reach the property, the mattresses in the property seemed (apologies) very cheap and bouncy. Given that the property itself is so good, it just seems a slight let down.

They text me the code just before arrival to get in which was ideal. Great location for co op live and Etihad. Quick 25 min walk to centre.

The house was disappointing and the list is long. I have whatsapped my concerns to the owners and host on WhatsApp at the time but they did nothing to rectify my concerns. 2 mugs for 6 of us, 4 forks and 5 knives. House needed TLC. Mould in the bathrooms. Sinks blocked and water didn’t drain. Tumble dryer full of wets towels. Left a used sponge for us to use for dishes. Dishwasher unuseable as was filled with dirty water and despite following videos could not get a cycle to work.l. No bath mats and general cleanliness could have been better. No black out blinds and street lights on all night outside the window. Parking states 2 spaces but you have to block each other in and park in a marked permit holders bay which wasn’t given but they assured over message we wouldn’t get a ticket. Honestly if they spent some money and fixed all the issues it could be great.
