The Pleasant Street Casitas - Historic & Modern Charm

Convenience to Downtown and parking in the two available alley spots was easy. Coffee pods on hand were amazing. Check in and check out instructions were very clear and helpful.

We forgot shower soap and body lotion. We do not stay at casitas or AirBnB often, mostly hotels, so completely forgot those amenities were not avail. A quick stop to dollar store was necessary but overall not a deal breaker.

Met owner, cleaning staff, laundry facilities, mail delivery, place for my dog, the decorations and atmosphere, convenience to town. Very friendly neighborhood.

Walking distance to downtown Prescott

There was no cold water but I didn’t complain. The cold showers were refreshing boy on the third time it was a bit harder.

Clean and comfortable, with tasteful decor and fully equipped kitchen. Door code made entering and locking up very easy. Great location.

Bed mattress was softer than we are used to, but overall comfortable.
