Very basic but this reflected the price description didn’t match the caravan and there was no can opener

Beds were so filthy we couldn't stay and had to book another caravan. We had been told it was a £40 charge for bed linen so we brought our own but when we arrived we discovered that the duvets, piillow covers and mattress covers had been slept on and have not been washed in a very long time. They were heavily stained with blood and excrement. Cutlery and glasses were filthy. Im not a super fussy person and expect basic facilities at this price, but I expect it to be clean. Host didn't respond to any of my calls or messages and just got his cleaner to call me who said she isn't responsible for the bedding unless he pays her to wash them and she said they've not been washed in a long time. Luckily, we found another caravan at Ingoldmells, which was immaculate. I've reported him to the booking.com customer service, and I hope to get a refund.

Nothing apart from the locality near to both Skegness and Burgh le Marsh.

Misdescibed as new when is not. Dirty accommodation.
