Southview Holiday Park Skegness - Upgraded Caravan - Unica

The caravan was very nice and spacious, very tidy, good location, very close to the children’s play area and only a couple minutes from the main entrance. Having a drive also made loading and unloading the car very convenient and was super handy parking right next to the caravan.

The only issue we had was a wobbly dining table, there was no other issues.

all staff were very friengly. .the person i did the booking with was very helpful .the site and defo caravan was lovely.

Very spacious caravan which the kids loved. Everything that you needed for a short stay was provided

Hair bubbles found under one of the bed and greasy oven tray which tells me that the caravan was just left as the previous visitors left it without a proper once over by the cleaners. Also not the owners fault but the camp site itself charging you £26.96 per person for a weeks entertainment pass. Why they can’t just do a daily charge is beyond me but hey ho. I took any negativity with a pinch of salt as we were only there for 2 nights and the price for the stay was very reasonable

It was really spacious and the location was really easy to find because how close it was to the entrance I would definitely come back again

Only stayed for one night and served its purpose. Friendly staff, caravan clean and comfortable.

Park facilities too spread out. Shop and pub opposite ends of camp. Travelled with older parents so had to drive to each as they struggle to walk.

Caravan was in a great spot on the park, fairly quiet but a quick walk to the shops. Caravan plot itself was lovely, grass for kids and large patio. Caravan very spacious and master bedroom great as had enough space for travel cot.

Caravan is very run down, was very smelly when we got there so had to open all doors and windows for the rest of the day to try and get air in. Carpets are dirty, caravan very dusty and just needs a general deep clean. The whole caravan just really needs a freshen up- doesn't look like the photos on the advert.

It’s advertised as a new caravan - it is not new!!

The caravan wasn't cleaned properly, There were food crumbs under the seating and someone's toenails on the rug. There was a dvd player with 2 dvds but no batteries in the remote.we were kept awake by dogs barking
