the property was clean and comfortable

the property was lovely but we only stayed for a night and didn't realise the site only did weekly passes for use of swimming pool and entertainment which was 26 pounds per person over two years old , so for one night the passes were over 100 pounds

Dirty carpet. Bed very uncomfortable. Gave wife bad back. £26 per person for passes

Area was lovely. Bus service on site was good.

it states ... toilet roll ....none ...cleaning products.....none ... outdoor eating area......slabs had to clean all crockery pans that we used as were dirty, couple pillows stained. To top it all went to restaurant at 9.45 and they had sold out of breakfast

Central to what we needed, easy to find, everything we needed.

Was a little basic but fine for what we needed.

Caravan was very clean and warm , the owner was very helpful messaged straight away when needed information. everything was here what we needed for our family and in a great location. Would definitely recommend and would come back again

Spacious, clean and well looked after.

Disappointed that the passes for the facilities are so expensive but that's on parkdean not the vendors.

No bedding or towels and didn't say you still need to spend extra on passes to the entertainment centre
