Shared bathroom with other people staying there. Not disclosed on the listing. Pillows were awful, not disgusting but definitely could have been cleaner

I think primarily the location and super customer service. The owner was quite pleasant.

Wasn't 8nformed of parking not being available for a neighborhood that has no parking! Got ticketed in parking spot and they came to tow my vehicle

I honestly do not recommend this place. The hotel was very dirty, with clumps of hair lying on the floor in both the room and the bathroom. In the kitchen, there were only two mugs for five rooms, and the dishes were dirty. Breakfast was supposed to be included, but when we arrived, there were only empty cereal boxes, moldy toast bread, and no ingredients to make anything to eat. The light in the room didn’t work, and neither did the fan. There was practically no ventilation, and the room had a very unpleasant smell. On the day of arrival, we were supposed to receive instructions on how to enter the room (codes). Around 5 PM, we still hadn't received any information. We tried to contact the owner, but he didn’t respond. We were only able to enter the room around 9 PM after many attempts to get in touch, and it turned out the keys didn’t fit. Around midnight, we were woken up by other guests who had a similar issue — the owner told them to wake us up and ask us for help. He also called us himself but was not on-site to assist. The next day, more guests couldn’t get into their rooms either.
