The accommodation was good for the price. It would be nice to improve the cleanliness — at first glance everything looked fine, but there was dust and the bathroom could use a more thorough deep clean, especially in the corners. We appreciated the spacious kitchen and the availability of quality coffee and tea, as well as different types of oil, spices, and pasta. It might be helpful to equip the kitchen with a larger number of mugs, glasses, plates, and cutlery. The bus stop is very close, and access to New York City is excellent. There is also a nearby shop, and we even used the swimming pool in this area. For the price, I would recommend this place

A limpeza e higienização desde quarto, wc e espaço comum, incluindo utensílios de cozinha. Quarto entregue bagunçado e com bastante pó, como se tivessem saído pessoas de lá 10m antes. O WC referido externo mas privativo, era privativo para os 3 Quartos do andar onde ficamos... Pequeno almoço: tentamos comer 1 dia apenas, mas o espaço e acessórios era tão pouco higienizados, q preferimos comer fora.

Je to 25min od Time square busom. Nachádza sa v štvrti, v ktorej som sa cítil celkom bezpečne. Izba bola čistá, majiteľ súhlasil s predčasným check-in-om batožiny.

Bed was damaged before we checked in but the utility did not report to the owner. The TV is nit working too

The property owner was really easy to reach to. It’s always convenient to ask him about things. We have privacy and clean spaces, which are really appreciate given the budget. Owner was nice enough to arrange lots of breakfast options for us. Overall, the place was really quiet safe commute to go to main city in New York

We did not stay there. The place looked like a run down shack and we tried to cancel as it was unsafe and the host did not help us at all.

Look it up on Google and you wouldn't stay here. Just unsafe all the way around.
