Las instalaciones, los servicios básicos, todo fue confortable aparte de ello el alojamiento fue accesible para movilizarnos en la ciudad.

Todo me gustó y fue de mi agrado, lo recomiendo ya que mi estadía fue satisfactoria.

The included breakfast was nice ! Cookies and cinnamon rolls in a sufficient quantity, which was enjoyable. Another positive point was the host, who was nice and quick to answer. Moreover, for this budget, you are relatively well located, near the bus and tram station, you can be quickly in New York. The host upgraded us when we arrived, so I got a private bathroom instead of a shared one. It is definitely worth its price if you look for a way to save money on your housing for a short NYC trip !

The door couldn't be locked even with the key for the room located downstairs, giving a direct unprotected access from the street, which felt unsafe ! Don't leave valuable stuff in there ! The door could be locked from inside though, so you are safe while being there. When arriving, I had no information about checking in, which felt wrong, so I called the host and he gave me instructions. The room was not really clean, with dust and trashy items under most of the furniture. (Chairs, tables, bed) Moreover, the room felt cold to my partner and I (it is not properly insulated), and we haven't been able to turn up the heat to fix that.

Good location. There is a bus station nearby, from which you can get directly to the city center. The house is well equipped and breakfast is provided. It's a calm neighborhood.

At first, we struggled to contact the owner through Booking, but later we were able to reach him by phone and WhatsApp.

Der Aufenthalt war echt gut. Wir sind drei Nächte geblieben und können uns echt nicht beschweren. Check in und Kontakt zum Vermieter war einfach. Die Umgebung ist gut und es war eine gute und sichere Nachbarschaft. Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Verbindung nach Manhattan. Der Bus 119 und 123 sind 3min Fußweg entfernt und sie fahren im ca. 20 Minuten-Takt fast direkt zum Times Square und eine Fahrt kostet gerade mal 5$. Preis Leistung ist hier echt nicht zu schlagen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und man kann sich jederzeit Toast/Nudeln/Müsli machen. Kaffee und Kakao gab es auch. Insgesamt werden in dem Haus glaube ich 3 Zimmer vermietet und wir hatten den Double Room with extra Bed.

Das einzige Manko war, dass es nur ein Bad für alle gab. Man musste manchmal schon noch ein paar Minuten warten, aber es ging echt fit.

great price for what you’re getting. the room is tiny, but it’s tidy, the bathroom was clean. the location was 20 minutes away from times square if you take a bus that stops right down the street.
