Sunny Apt by the park Mins away from midtown New York

Everything was fine, the location is great, and the view is beautiful.

The room could have used some dusting and the floors could have been washed. It would also be nice to leave some soap in the bathroom.

The bed was comfortable and there was breakfast facilities. There was plenty supply of porridge/oatmeal and some coffee espresso capsules. Other communal goods have to be bought milk, bread, teabags, etc. The location was good there was a bus service that ran into the main city area. There was shops around to buy goods for breakfast as New York is an expensive city. The place was reasonably clean considering people are constantly coming and leaving the accommodation.

This accommodation did not meet my expectations. I booked the double room with extra bed as there was three people staying for four nights. I did not receive this. I received a pull out double bed. The bed had to be pulled out from underneath. I had to share the bed with my friend as he informed me that the pull out bed was moving around the floor when you lye in it. He couldn't sleep in it after the first night. The third person then had to sleep on a couch. This is unacceptable that he has to sleep on the couch. On messaging the man I booked it with he didn't understand the language I was using about the issue with the beds. He didn't make any effect to understand the language we were using which was the pull out bed. This was a bunk bed to him. There was no reasoning with him. He didn't want to listen or understand the issue we had. He rang me after constant messages back and forth and preceded to shout down the phone to myself and my friend. His only offer was to give us the room across the hallway at 50 % discount but we would have to pay for two nights .We weren't happy with this. There was a double mattress in the wardrobe which he said we could use. This wasn't acceptable. This isn't a bed. A bed is a mattress on a bed frame. A minor note There was only one bathroom for the four bedroom house so a second bathroom would be better as a queue did form.

Ми залишились дуже задоволені проживанням ❤️ Власник ще до заселення одразу написав нам у WhatsApp та допоміг легко розібратися зі входом у будиночок. Упродовж усього перебування був на зв’язку й допомагав з будь-якими питаннями, навіть коли ми поверталися пізно ввечері. За це окрема подяка 🙏 Район дуже спокійний і комфортний. Це, мабуть, перше місце, де ми справді відчули себе в безпеці. Поруч є майданчик, де можна спокійно прогулятися ввечері та приємно провести час. Біля будинку є магазини з хорошими продуктами, а також нас приємно здивувала турбота власника — у будинку були безкоштовна вода та чай ☕️ Кухня повністю обладнана, тому за бажання можна навіть борщ приготувати 😄🫶🏻 Наша кімната на другому поверсі була дуже просторою та затишною. Багато розеток і освітлення, чисті рушники та загалом дуже хороші умови для комфортного проживання на декілька днів. Також великий плюс — автобусна зупинка знаходиться буквально за кілька хвилин пішки від будинку, що дуже зручно. Щиро дякуємо за теплий прийом та чудові умови проживання ❤️
