The young gentleman accommodated me in a wonderful room, the bed was so comfortable i had a good sleep, he also had sodas in the refrigerator for his guest and breakfast i definitely recommended this place

La casa era sporca . Sembra che nessuno pulisce. Polvere ovunque. Non c'è un tappeto per quando si esce dal bagno e un solo asciugamano per persona per 5 giorni. Il 3 letto era un materasso per terra e non il letto a castello come nella deschrizione

J’ai adoré tout !! J’ai passé de super vacances a New York. Jimmy était très gentil et répond très vite au message (il faut juste lui envoyer via whatsapp) Niveau confort j’ai rien à dire la chambre était parfaite ainsi que la cuisine et la salle de bain. Il y’a le bus a même pas 100m de la maison qui nous emmène directement dans le centre de time square et il roule vraiment tout le temps et toute la nuit en 15 min vous êtes dans le centre ! C’est vraiment génial. Le quartier je n’ai rien à dire tellement il était paisible et chaleureux j’ai adoré ! franchement je le recommande ++ J’y retournerai sans problème quand je reviens à New york.

The apartment was very dirty. It hadn't been cleaned in a long time; only the sheets had been changed, but there was hair, dust, and dirt from the previous tenant. The room had no window, which wasn't mentioned in the description. The bathroom was also very dirty, with hair, dust, trash that hadn't been taken out in a while, and toilet paper was missing. Because of this filth, it definitely wasn't a pleasant place to sleep, although the house itself was quite nice, and if it were cleaned up, it would be a great place for people on a budget.

Wir hatten ein Upgrade und waren Patterson Plank RD. Perfekte Aussicht mit Balkon auf NY und direkte Anbindung an Bus und Bahn. Supermarkt fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch zur Fähre und zum Waterfront war es nicht weit. Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung. Der Fahrstuhl zur Bahn ist gegenüber, so erreicht man auch den Supermarkt und die Promenade Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Jimmy war gut erreichbar und der Wunsch nach mehr Handtüchern wurde erfüllt. Wir konnten bis zur Abholung zum Flughafen im Appartement bleiben. Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall Jersey City zu erkunden oder mit der Bahn zum Liberty Island Park zu fahren. Mal die Fähre nach NY zu nehmen oder den Path

Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können Wer sich aber nicht an Staub stört, hat hier eine gute Unterkunft mit traumhaftem Ausblick und toller Anbindung

Jeg kunne især godt lide at der var meget valuta for pengene. Nej, beliggenheden er ikke inde downtown i NYC men det er alligevel kun, med lidt planlægning ift. den lokale bus, cirka 20 min. væk. Og så er det dejligt stille at vende tilbage til værelset efter en dag i New York, så det er faktisk en fordel. Udlejer Jimmy var også en rigtig fin fyr at snakke med. Og da der både var køkken og Wifi og tv på værelset, så var der jo ikke noget at klage over. Det er ikke et firestjernet hotel, men det er jo heller ikke det vi har betalt for. Og så emmer kvarteret af stemning.
