The apartment was excellent—very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was convenient, the place was bright and cozy, and everything we needed was provided. It felt like a home away from home. The owner was very kind, responsive, and helpful throughout the stay. Communication was smooth, and they made sure everything was comfortable and easy for us, which we really appreciated.

Honestly, nothing. Everything was great and met our expectations.

"Priced low, but not clean."

The host responded very quickly.

It was dirty. The bathroom smelled like urine. We asked the host to clean. They responded they would, but never did. However, the toilet was broken so any liquid on the bowl leaked onto the floor, hence the smell of pee. The stairs are dirty and there’s no light. In the room there were used cups and half drank water bottles. Thankfully there was another bathroom available on the upstairs floor, because ours was unusable.

Lo mejor es la relación calidad precio y sobre todo en fechas de Navidad. La parada del autobús 119 de Nueva Jersey está muy cerca y te deja en Port Authority que está muy cerca de Times Square, en 20 minutos estás en Times Square

Quizás algo de falta de limpieza, pero por el precio merece la pena.

"We had a great stay in a calm neighborhood, with a very responsive host and a comfortable shared space."

We had a great stay with my girlfriend. We were two women and, contrary to what some might think, we did not find the neighborhood unsafe at all. On the contrary, it was quite calm, which was very pleasant when coming back in the evening. The accommodation has a shared kitchen and a shared bathroom. We especially appreciated the good selection of coffee, tea, and the biscuits provided. Jimmy is very responsive, whenever we had a question, he replied quickly, which we really appreciated. The only small downside is that there could be a bit more kitchenware, such as glasses or plates. Overall, we highly recommend this place!

"Safe and Clean"

The place is very cozy, I stayed in a very cold week and my room was perfectly warm, the location is awesome right in the corner you could take a bus to go to NY and it will take just 18 minutes, neighborhood feels safe and you could get small markets nearby and the host was very diligent and gave us clear information, definitely a good place if you want to stay close to NY city
