Guests highly rate the lovely location and friendly hosts and frequently praise the well-equipped and comfortable accommodations.
GBGreat central location and the house was well equipped. Would definitely stay again
Some road noise due to location but ear plugs were provided (we didn’t need them).
GBGreat location if want to be close to the centre, lovely cottage & great butchers next door. Bed was comfortable & had mostly what was needed for a short break.
Traffic noise is very loud even during the night but they did supply ear plugs. A tv in the bedroom would have been nice & might dull the traffic noise. Some people commented that they had been left a bottle of wine by the host though we didn't get one, would have preferred Theakstons to show support to local brewery or even a pint of milk in the fridge as a welcome.
GBGreat location and a lovely property in the heart of Masham
Road noise and a little light in bedroom early morning. Neither spoiled our stay.
GBLocation, decor comfort
No parking (totally understand why) due to location.
GBBeautiful, great location, well equipped, very comfortable
Noisy road at time but that’s not the property’s fault!
GBThe location was very convenient. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Communication with the hosts was excellent.
GBThe location. The beds and bathroo. Were clean.
The accommodation was generally dirty and cluttered. A half empty can of dog food had veen left in the fridge. The washing machine was not working ans water was seepiimg up from. undAvoud this accommodationer the floor boards in the kitchen
GBLovely place to stay central for places to visit

GBVery clean and well looked after. Easy walking into the village. Good food nearby with excellent Theakstons.
Out of date chocolate drink in the cupboard (2 Years!!) suggested coffee and tea would be the same! Morning alarm as the lorries start shaking the house around at 5.00am. It would have been nice to have a packet or biscuits as a welcome on arriving, we have had a bottle of wine and biscuits or croissants on others stays which is a nice touch.
