Location is fine and closer to the bank,shops and the sea it was fun

To come with someone else and view the apartment while I'm inside I think is not acceptable

we not informed at the time of booking that MAJOR CONSTUCTION was ongoing right up to the windows of the apartment a major new hotel was being built men working from 08 00am until as late as 19 00pm dust and noise all day could not use the balcony the bedroom was flooded on our first night due to burst aircon system we had to get towels to clean up the water mess nobody turned up at reception on arrival to let us in no key or code reception could not contact the owner we had to wait for a cleaner to let us in all of this was promised on booking as was late in the afternoon on arrival we decided to stay the night as accommodation was scarce in the area in the next morning we decided to move out due to the problems as we are older people 82-74 there was no way we could stay there we are have raised a complaint with BOOKING .COM IT IS NOW 4 WEEKS and one seems to want to know the apartment is still advertised on BOOKING . COM SITE BUT NO MENTION OF THE PROBLEMS i think this is a breach of the trade description law we intend to follow this up until someone sorts this out

Friendly owner clean neat and superbly located

A little noisy but unavoidable in seapoint due to construction everywhere - but close windows and turn on aircon and all is well

Good are, close to promenade, restaurants. Shops a walk away. Will stay there again.

Apt was close to the tourist areas. Melvyn, the owner was very nice, cheerful and most of all accomodating.

Everything was likeable!
