St the bed is so bad when lying down we feel pain cz of spring..2nd the tv can't see at all any channel,3rd the agent when we chat nothing feed back before take key they reply once take when ever we ask something not reply,I really feel not happy and I won't recommend any1tq

The place was ok.

Staying there was ok but I'm unhappy with the staff/management. I've messaged them many times for asking for my deposit back but they didn't respond to any of my messages. Really disappointed 😞 till now no any response. Even though it was a small amount (RM100) but it's still money.

We came at 6/6, no electricity at all. The electricity has been cut off by TNB but the agent never informed us at all. Then, the agent asked us to cancel our booking. Took us some time to settle the issues and spoiled our staycation at Ipoh. Please check properly before book with them. If not, will be a hassle to settle everything. We still need to wait for our refund some more if we can get it. The worst place ever.
