Beautiful listed warehouse in central Sheffield. Easy to find with instructions from host. We enjoyed our stay as it was a peaceful location. Useful info: The flat is on the 3rd Floor of the building.

As other reviews have stated, the kitchen is in need of updating. Get rid of the extra pots & pans & just have ones that work on convection hob. Have a proper cutlery container so it's not all jumbled up - get a colander, grater & chopping board. Needed instructions for both hob & oven (symbols worn away) - these should be in a welcome pack as a few print outs - easy win & you would get better reviews! Water is extremely hot; despite warning signs it is at a dangerous level!

The location was good and the hosts allowed me to get in and dump my suitcase before the official check-in time, which enabled me to catch a practice session of the figure skating championships.

A lot of small jobs that other people mentioned almost a year ago still haven't been done. I'm talking about the kind of jobs that would take a couple of hundred pounds and a weekend o someone's time to put right. Specially those ridiculous split-reed blinds offer little privacy and would let too much light in in summer, the shower screen doesn't fit properly and the toilet seat is wobbly.

Property was dirty hot water cylinder was leaking was mould on the walls. The floor was rotten in the bathroom.

Property was dirty the first night the central eating was not on as there was a problem in the building the second night the central eating was on constant and would not turn off. The hot water cylinder was leaking and sounded like a kettle. I’m guessing they know about the problem with the heating as there was a fan in the bedroom set up to blow towards the bed.

Very tired decor No freezer Half of pans in kitchen aluminium,do not work on induction hob Hot water tap hot enough to make a cup of tea,very dangerous my wife and myself nearly scalded,a child would have been. No welcome items eg milk,wine well just anything .

The location was great! Check-in easy! Fantastic position for conference in Victoria Quays area. Free and easy parking! Fluffy towels! Clean!

Whilst the apartment had all the facilities we needed and was perfectly positioned for a conference at Victoria Quays, it is a bit tired and needs some attention. There are some easy things to be done that would improve the experience - new pillows and bed linen (ironed), repair the kitchen cupboard door. At times you could hear the neighbours.

The apartment was a little tired, and needed a refurb. . Being approached on our first night by a neighbour looking for drugs.
