The location of the apartment is fabulous, we were met by the host and were allowed to check in earlier than the regular check in time, the apartment was spotlessly clean and just what you need to visit this wonderful city.

The trek up four flights of stairs to get to the apartment. No lift. It is small inside but not uncomfortable.

Clean, good location, in good working order.

No instructions about where the bin should be emptied and no instructions for the heating system. There is not much space but a microwave oven would have made it even better (for heating milk to use with the provided Nespresso machine).

Very nice and comfortable flat with kitchen facilities (also a washing machine, although we did not use that one). Top location in Bergamo Alta! Swift check in/check out and great contact with host agency all the way since booking. Host agency was very helpful and accommodating in every way, much appreciated. Would definitely book again!
