Room with a View

Location and staff were great

We did not understand we had to park first and then taken to the apartment. We drove around following our gps with no success . It was very frustrating

The location was excellent with just a very short walk to main square and the view from bedroom amazing. Air conditioning very good once we worked out how to operate it.

Pillows very soft. Shower enclosure small and water drained away very slowly from tray.

The room had the most spectacular views from both bedroom windows. The bed was so comfortable, it was immaculate, absolutely everything you would need for your stay ,including a coffee and washing machine . Our host was so lovely ,she even carried one of our heavy pieces of luggage up four flights of stairs . Recommended an excellent restaurant, and booked our very early taxi, which arrived before the time, leaving us ample time for our flights .

Location was amazing. 5 minutes from the main square. Patrizia was so helpful. The room was ready and they allowed us check in early. It is as it says a room with a veiw.

Great location, great view, very comfortable

Beautiful location, beautiful room with everything you need and excellent communication with host. This little gem is amazing we will definitely be back, perfect room to explore the city and close to the airport.

Central Location in Bergamo alta and a lovely view. Secure parking

The stairs up three floors for which the automatic lighting on the stairs was inadequate and a hazard. Air con unit made an intermittent mechanical noise and needs servicing. Washing machine needs to be properly attached to the wall so it doesn’t bounce around.

First and foremost the host is great.  it’s clean, the apt is nice, location location location and of course the View

I really have nothing to complain about it’s exactly what I was looking for.
