Comfortable and relaxed

The food in the evening was underwhelming and overpriced

Beautiful quiet location, set in woodland and next to a golf course. The interior was very tastefully furnished. Our room was very large and comfortable with everything that we needed.

The radiators in the bathroom cannot be switched on and off, and the times, this made the room too hot, and there was an awful lot of energy wasted. On the breakfast buffet, the hot food was left out for too long and this caused it, especially eggs, to dry up. Too much was put out at any one time.

Wonderful customer service. Everyone wax so welcoming and helpful.

We really like staying at The Cally Palace. The relaxed grandeur is wonderful and the hotel has a homely feel. The staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful.
