Stunning grounds

Bit noisy with banging doors at night.

Beautiful location, outside of the premises looks grand.

The inside is extremely dated, I understand that’s their take on the hotel but they’re really not bothered to make any renovations over the years. Looks very tacky

The large bedroom and bathroom. Comfy bed, lovely food and pleasant staff.

Bedroom 58 needs a bit of refurbishing.

Location for walking into town was great , 20mins Scenery from balcony was stunning and bed was massive and comfortable

Noise from other guests bedroom doors .

The hotel is very impressive and in a beautiful setting. The golf course was in fantastic condition and we enjoyed relaxing in the pool.

Disappointing breakfast. It was self service even down to making a pot of tea. The food was under the heat lamps which didn't seem enough to keep the food hot. More signs would be more helpful for the amenities.

Staff were absolutely excellent each and every one that I had dealings with. From reception to bar to restaurant Stunning location and decor was magnificent both in the public areas and my room. Food was good, and with a few little touches could be exceptionally good.

Nothing not to like in the slightest. I can't rate the overall experience enough. Outstanding value for money

The staff throughout the hotel were all extremely helpful and friendly. The lounge & bar areas were very comfortable and were a lovely space to relax in for a drink. The food was exceptional. The grounds / golf course looked beautifully maintained, but the weather wasn’t very good when we visited so didn’t have opportunity to explore much outdoors.

The only dislike was that the room was quite cold, even with the radiator on.
