De propere grote kamer met AC waren zalig. We hebben heerlijk geslapen. We hadden ook toegang tot de living en eetkamer wat leuk was. Het eten was overheerlijk en ook nog eens prachtig gepresenteerd. We deden de tour samen en hebben super veel bijgeleerd over het Boeddhisme en de tempels.

Super nette und herzliche Familie, die jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung steht. Da die anderen beiden Zimmer derzeit nicht zur Verfügung standen, hatten wir die komplette Etage für uns: Unser Schlafzimmer mit sehr guter Klimaanlage, ein riesiges Wohnzimmer, Küche und Bad, dazu eine große Terasse. Bis zum Zentrum sind es knappe 10 Minuten mit dem Tuk Tuk. Jedoch gibt es in der Nähe (10 Minuten zu Fuß) einen kleinen Supermarkt, einen Wine Store und Obststände. Restaurants sind hier eher rar gesät. Aufgrund der aktuellen Temperaturen war es im Wohnzimmer wirklich sehr heiß, und wir hätten uns eine besser ausgestattete Küche gewünscht. Zur Verfügung standen ein Wasserkocher und ein Kühlschrank. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert bei einem sehr guten Preisleistungsverhältnis.

Hôtes très sympathiques, logement très propre et spacieux. Seul petit bémol : il fait particulièrement chaud à l’étage réservé aux voyageurs (mais la chambre est équipée d’une climatisation et d’un ventilateur).

Great stay in Anuradhapura! Very clean and with all the facilities you need. We also did a cooking class which was amazing. Breakfast was also great!

Everyone was really friendly and accommodating. We arrived early and were able to leave our bags and freshen up before exploring the town. The breakfast and dinner were fantastic, highly recommend. We booked a tour through the Homestay, which was great value for money. The tour guide was very friendly, well informed and we had a great day.

Gets very hot

We truly loved our experience with this family. We stayed for two nights, went on a full-day safari, enjoyed a delicious meal and our guide gave us excellent explanations. We were lucky to see many animals and are very grateful for the wonderful moments we shared with this family. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality.
