The bed was really old an dirty there was stains on the bedding and the quilt was yellow with stains will nether use and the gentleman on the phone was a ultra rude

Toilet (portaloo) didn’t work so didn’t have a toilet
GBGBNice location, peaceful and hot tub was nice.
En suite toilet and shower was disgusting. Not really en suite just a old porta loo and shower,, toilet was blocked from people that used it previously and full of cobwebs, no blue liquid to flush it. Shower had ni hot water and was filthy covered in cobwebs and dead flies. Takes 2 mins to clean these!! The Tipi tent was okay, however there was nowhere to get clean water so had to go out and buy some to refil kettle. We had been on the road 24 hours so just wanted somewhere to recharge, showeer and sleep etc and it wasnt great. Constacted owner to see if we can resolve with a slight refund or something but no response!
GBThe surrounding scenery was absolutely beautiful and we felt like we had our own space.
Unfortunately the availabile toilet and shower (portable) were not very clean, still had various insects/ leaves left in them as well as the portaloo itself did not flush.
GBThe hot tub was on when we arrived so lovely and warm.
The grounds needed URGENT maintenence, it was overgrown. The bed was broken and very uncomfortable so you kind of rolled all to one side, not good when there is two of you. .. The portalaloos where disgusting and unclean. The facilities in the tipi where poor,scraps of dirty carpet for flooring, odd random tables. No coat stand so everything had to go on the floor or piled up on the tables. The hot tub, the only thing that was clean! I say sarcastically as it was so full of chemicals we literally couldn't use it. It stang our eyes and burnt our skin. A washing up bowl is provided with all you need for washing up. But no water facilities at all. Overall a very very disappointing experience. 😞
GBWe didn't stay in a tipi, but the replacement cottage was exceptionally sweet and we really enjoyed it. The ameneties - shower and hot tub were tremendous. It was very good value for money.
