Nothing unable to stay due to not being erected was place in a hotel which wasn't what we wanted

No hottub shower was dirty Food hygiene was 1star

Everything, the floor was not clean or have any attempt to be clean. The inner of the tent was covered in mold. The toilet and shower portaloo was not clean either you could tell they had not been used for along time! The bedside table when opened the front of the draw came off. Safe to say me and my partner did not stay the night. We got a last minute hotel a few miles down the road would not recommend this tipi to stay in as you would be let down on arrival.

We booked the tipi but got upgraded to the cottage it was absolutely amazing the nicest place I have ever stayed staff are so helpful and friendly can wait to book again

Easy to find Nice scenery Clean jacuzzi

Couldn’t seem to find a sink. Not clean had previous people’s mess e.g disposable vape on floor and rubbish stuffed into bedside lamp, under the bed hadn’t seen a mop or hoover for a while. Battery powered lights had no batteries in.

Location and idea Shower in Porta loo was class and qwerky

Lack of amenities, bbq but no fridge to keep food .... more power points .... walk way of some sort to hot tub and better directions on way in

The views and that it wasn't too far from main Aberystwyth

No where to get water Dirty portapotty for a toilet Shower wasn't working 2 starts with Dirty bbq Grass had dog excrement on covered in mass flies Had to ask for extension lead Dirty cutlery Lamps had no batteries Beetles all in the cushions not very clean at all Dogs got ticks from spending 1 night we had to ho home and it cost me 300 for basically nothing... Also given address sent us way out the wrong way. Not very easy to find and when we called up the directions we were given included being told about a brick wall and some trees.. not very helpful really... really upset about our visit we wouldn't be going again

The location was not a far drive from Aberystwyth

I booked the tipi for 2 nights. We choose this site and paid more money than other places just because the use of a hot tub came with the accommodation but on arrival the hot tub was deflated contained dirty water and debri our tent floor was very dirty from dried mud and had no working lights which made it difficult for us, we got in contact immediately upon arrival to complain and was reluctantly offered the first nights stay in the cottage where we had use of the hot tub (which sadly also needed a clean )but was swiftly told we would have to spend the second night in the tent which on arrival on the second day was still in the same state so had no use of a hot tub for the second day. We conctacted you to find out if there was electricity and told there was, for it to be far away from the tent and outside. The shower/toilet situation. The toilet had a dirty roll in it that had obviously fallen into the toilet (blue dye on it) which made the toilet smell before we had even used it. The shower had no working water. We had no where to brush our teeth or access to any running water. The bbq had no gas (some was brought for us next day) but in all honestly I would not have cooked on it as it was unsafe to use due to the level of dirt and dried on left overs from previous use and rust. contacted property to find out what we would need to bring and told there was plenty there (utensils) and there wasn’t We were also told that it was very private but could hear and see people staying in the cabin behind. Very disappointed with our stay as it was nothing as described. This stay was not luxury as described and over all a very unpleasant stay. As far as I am concerned this is false advertising Rung multiple times and spoke to multiple different people the manager has refused to speak to us and has not called back like promised
