GBLove the facilities that are offered. Maybe some extra care to detail to ensure the guests feel like they are glamping not just "roughing it"
Cleanliness was a major issue. Very much would recommend taking your own portaloo if cleanliness is an issue for yourself. The pool and tent is on uneven ground which left some of the water to leave the pool when bubbles were on.
GBthe staff were kind enough for us to go into the cottage to use the hottub and got us gas for the bbq
when we arrived the hot tub was deflated the floor was stinking and water in the door way bbq had no gas or hadn’t been cleaned. the shower was dirty as well we went in to the cottage and the hot tub there had flowers bugs and other debris
GBthe location is great. Can’t fault it. Clearly is also a Tipi and hot tub with attached port-a-loos.
the port a loos weren’t clean, hot tub water was greenish brown, called twice to get directions and the answers we got weren’t helpful as they didn’t ask which way we’d come into Aberystwyth and just assumed which caused us to drive around for 30 mins looking for flags 🤦🏻♀️ overall wouldn’t recommend as the price is pretty steep for staying in a tent with a dirty hot tub and unclean portaloos.
GBgot to this property and wouldn’t even let my dog sleep in it!!! no lights whatsoever, kettle but absolutely no power so what was the point in that. there was a tiny battery light either side of bed which batteries had run out. went down to the toilet and it was full to the top of poo. the BBQ was that rusty and dirt was u unusable. we did get a upgrade to a hotel but when I looked on there web it was cheaper than I paid for the tent. absolutely vile !!!

GBGBThis is glamping, as I expected, so be prepared and the stay is good. I have had the best nights sleep for ages during the stay. The sound of nature during the night.
Though advised of where to find the site, there was no signage to indicate the turning required to access it. The entrance is around 0.6/0.7 miles from the roundabout, not 1 mile as advised. Remote staff, though contact number is given if queries arise. There was no paperwork on how to operate the hot tub, barbeque or where to get water from. The shower had no hooks to hang towels or clothes up.
GBEverything. The property was nice and clean and perfect location. Didn’t have 1 problem or complaint to make. It made the perfect birthday and weekend.
GBGBGBBed was good, but some spare blankets would have been good. Hot tub was nice.
Basic facilities for one, water, electric and the ground was very rough. Toilets had not been cleaned after previous guests and was very smelly
