Beautiful apartment and spotlessly clean

Location and flat was lovely

Not enough information on accessing flat ,had to go to a hole in a wall with a key code box which i never received had to get intouch with flat leasers ,not a good start to my holiday

Really liked the decor of the property and also how clean it was. Also the attention to detail was great with the lovely hand washes and shower gel etc

Kitchen facilities adequate

1. Unconventional to have refrigerator main switch on wall. Although it is labelled as 'refrig' but too small for senior eyesight. This switch is alongside with garbage disposer, dishwasher, oven. I pressed all of these switches to off at night, and found out refrig is also turned off for whole night. My food stuff were defrosted overnight. 2. Key storage area should be marked with big sign. 3. my booking.com confirmation on apps says no parking available, while email confirmation says there is free parking. What is actual ? 4. The lighting in one of the bathroom too dim. 5. No instruction on where is garbage collection bin in the building

Apartment was modern and decoration was very on trend and modern. Soft furnishing nice and beds comfortable. Molton brown and white company in bathroom a nice touch. Balcony was nice to have too. Great wifi and Tv set up was great with the Olympics being on. Superb Location is excellent and very close to centre of York - 100% recommend!

A little noisy with windows open from the pub garden across the road. It was summer and probably wouldn't be noticeable most of the time. Would be struggling to fault it!
