Extremely high standard and loved our stay!

There seemed to be a constant noise, we think it’s from the air con maybe as there is an electrical building next to the flat

"Haven in York"

Location great. 3 minutes walk from railway station. Everything you need for a few days stay. Spotlessly clean. Staff at the end of the phone if you need them. Close to all amenities.

Toilets not working but staff did level best to fix. Disabled brother struggled but fixed before we left. TV difficult for us older people as app only but worked it out.

Location -

Annoying that neither toilet flush in good working order- appreciate takes time to repair- but one was almost unusable. The patio door fell out- fortunately our last day as too h any to replace and it was freezing temperatures!!!! Dangerous and insecure fitting- building fault

Very close to the station. The building and design feels very modern.

There was some leftover food on the floor, maybe the cleaning service didn’t do a thorough job. But other than that all is good! Oh they somehow do not provide shampoo at the property - as we are only staying 2 nights, didn’t bother to ask.
