Everything apart from how hot it was.

It was far too warm, we also had an issue with the water but the woman was so lovely and helped us with it.

Perfect location for exploring York and only 3 minutes from the train station. Apartment was fabulous - very quiet, safe, comfortable. Little luxuries with Molton Brown/White Company toiletries. Would highly recommend.

Clean, comfortable and finished to high specification. Also very conveniently located in tge centre of the city.

Very well situated close to the railway station and all city attractions. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished and the beds are very comfortable. Everything you could possibly need is included. I would happily recommend this property and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to York.

exceptional standard. high quality fixtures, fittings and furniture. great location. user friendly. lovely toiletries and detergents. top class!

lights too dim in en-suite. I think a couple of bulbs needed changing? would have loved a cafetière as had brought ground coffee.

Very secure. Top end fixtures and fittings - above expectations. Really nice.

We had a problem with no hot water during the stay - a real pain, but affecting the whole block.
