Central location was good. Views were amazing. Very comfortable.

Being on the top floor of the house, I was concerned about escaping any fire! I have arthritis and my mobility is affected, so this is a personal issue. The instructions were clear as to what to do in the event of a fire. It was my concern personally.

"A very cute, spacious and clean flat perfect for a family of 4-5."

The flat is very cute and spacious, would comfortably fit 2 adults + 3 children and had everything a family needs for a short stay. It was clean and well equipped in a quiet location. The owner sent us a lot of useful information and was very polite and responsive.

I mentioned to Lizzie that the towels need replacing as the ones we were given were very worn. It would be good to also have some lighter duvets as the ones we had were very heavy/warm for summer so sleeping was not the best for us during the bank holiday weekend even with the windows open.

"We really enjoyed our time in Kingsbridge."

The location was really good for visiting lots of local beaches also it was comfortable and clean. Having parking was really helpful too plus being close to supermarkets but also a short walk into Kingsbridge which was nice. Lizzie was a very helpful host.

It would help to have a washing up bowl in the property, we took with us our own camping one having read a previous review but it would have been better to have one in situ.

"Beautiful and well maintained flat in superb location"

The views. The lovely environment. We meet only friendly people during our stay. The good public transport links.

The steep climb up the road, we do not drive and did not arrive by taxi. We got used to the climb and in the end did not notice it as much as when we first arrived. .
