Quirky 2-bed flat w/ parking central Kingsbridge

I clean comfortable and fully equipped flat in the centre of Kingsbridge with own car parking. Fantastic views across the field as the flat is on the top floor. We arrived on a very very cold day and whilst the flat was warm, it wasn’t as hot as we would’ve liked it. A quick call to the owner resulted in immediate help and we were soon nice and toasty. We will definitely be renting the flat again when we head down to Family in Devon.

Really comfortable, cosy, clean and tidy apartment, perfect for a short stay in kingsbridge Great communication and lovely little touches made it a perfect stay (I’m an ex hotel inspector so believe me when I say I’d recommend!) Thank you so much for a wonderful warm comfortable stay x

The flat was beautifully clean & comfortable & contained everything we needed. I liked the quirky layout & views over the rooftops of Kingsbridge to the hills beyond. convenient location plus parking

Parking was a bit hard for two of us but we worked it out (one had a Mercedes van) 😊

Great central location with parking, super responsive host, comfy beds, well appointed flat, spotlessly clean. Nice treats left in kitchen for us !

Excellent location with parking being an advantage given a busy area. Nice and warm. Excellent facilities. Everything we would have needed if necessary. Lovely and quiet area.

Our boys are very tall (6’2”) so some collisions with ceiling heights.

Great location. Host was very accommodating in getting us checked in as early as was possible for her and let us check out late as well. Very grateful for leaving us milk.

The main bed was a bit small and the mattress was very soft, I had to move to the sofa in the middle of night. Blinds or curtains on the living room windows could be helpful. Stairs were a bit difficult to navigate with our luggage. (these comments are me being really picky and some you can't do much about)

The Host was lovely, the communication was great and the location was ideal. The property had parking and was very clean. It was a very comfortable and relaxing place to stay.
