Quirky 2-bed flat w/ parking central Kingsbridge

The flat was beautifully furnished with lots of comfy seating, including a surprising tiny snug with huge bean bag, perfect for relaxing! The kitchen was extremely well equipped. The view of Kingsbridge was lovely.

I would have appreciated a blackout blind in the bedroom, as the light woke me up. A washing up bowl in the kitchen would have made washing up easier, especially as the water pressure was rather low, so the sink took a long time to fill.

Really lovely and spotlessly clean apartment. More spacious than we expected. Lovely views. Very cosy. Clear instructions made arrival very easy, excellent communication from host. Very responsive communication from host before during and after our stay. All cooking equipment provided. Great to get some dinner recommendation in the guest info.

Great location with the bonus of parking. Quiet and lovely view from lounge/ diner. Clean and comfortable.

Would have liked to have a fridge with ice box to give us opportunity for frozen goods and to freeze our cool bricks for picnics and taking perishables home. This is usually see in self catering accommodation.

Lizzie was approachable and communicative from the moment we booked. Entry to the property was very easy and location wise a brilliant base to explore the beautiful South Devon countryside.

Lots of stairs to climb. A handrail would have been heloful ' Person staying in flat two had a very large van/car and with cars parked directly opposite in the road we were unable to use the designated parking space for flat 3 on the first night

This was an easy property to access. The parking was great, but the spots were quite tight. We found that walking was an easy way to get around and that the apartment was a wonderful respite.

The beds were fine but not amazing. However, there was plenty of room for the four of us, and the location was great. We found that road work made it a challenge to drive a couple of times, but that is not the fault of the owners and hopefully, that is all coming to an end.
