Bueatiful cottage, exceptionally clean and lovely touches like cushions and parasol for garden furniture. Also fresh flowers and breakfast provisions

This property is immaculate if you are looking for a location close to Ripon We brought our dog and there are bikes and Shanie and Tom we’re very thoughtful with some items delivered before we arrived It was perfect for what we wanted

Very nice facilities throughout. Great location for exploring the area and so quiet and peaceful. The hosts were available if needed but totally unobtrusive.

The bathroom was lovely and very adequate but a downstairs toilet would be a great addition to the facilities.

We had the most amazing stay at Moat Cottage. Tom and Shaine couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome and comfortable in their beautiful cottage.  Coming back to such a cosy base, and being able to light the log burner was such a treat after being out and about during the day.   All the special touches, such as the welcome milk, eggs, butter and bread were so appreciated.  This truly is a gem of a cottage in such a peaceful location, I just wish we could have stayed longer.

Absolutely nothing everything was perfect.
