Very nice apartment, nice gym and rooftop, good location.

Couch is old, uncomfortable and had dirty stains. Sometimes it wasn’t great waiting for security to let you in and out each time.

- clean - all utilities that we needed - very friendly staff - very comfortable to stay - quick communication - also common area seems nice, we didn't use it as much as we could have

- bed a bit too soft for my liking, my girlfriend liked it though - early communications were a bit tricky, and automated messages could also be a bit less

Very spacious apartament with modern design. Hotel is located in great area Polanco, which is safe and also very beautiful. The facility offers not only gym, but working space and free laundry service which is great. I had a very nice stay.

I missed cleaning service for the room at least every 3 days. Also the floor is old and kinda dirty. Anything else was very nice.

Floor in Appt 301 really needs renovating.

We really loved the decor, spaciousness and excellent facilities at Capitalia Living. We felt so comfortable during our month long stay and could easily have stayed another month. The staff and doorman were always friendly and helpful and any issues we had were quickly rectified. We hope to be back soon!

The walls/ceilings are a little thin and the last part of our stay was made a little uncomfortable by an inconsiderate family in the room above ours. However there is very little that Capitalia can do to prevent this - perhaps bring noise-cancelling ear buds!
