The location is great - walking distance to Polanco district. The building is modern with nice finishes and well furnished, nothing is missing. There are tools I used such as a hairdryer and an iron, as well as cosmetics for personal hygiene - shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, as well as lotion. I didn’t use any of the facilities such as gym and terraces but they looked great too.

In my opinion cleaning fee was a bit high.

The neighborhood is pretty quiet and rather empty at any time of the day, which is a relief after visiting the historic center. Sometimes there was heavy traffic on Gutenberg, but our apartment faced Calle Michelet, so there was not much noise from the outside. We heard music from another apartment during the day, but at night it was quiet. The kitchen had all the necessary cookware and tableware. The living room and the bedroom are cozy. The interior is modern and tastefully restrained. There's a big HDTV with a number of streaming services, and you can play your Spotify from it. There was a tower fan, which we used a few times, and a heater, which we did not need at that time of the year. Using a door code to enter the apartment is a good idea, because you don't have to worry about the keys. A great rooftop with views.

It would be better to have a flexible shower head instead of or in addition to a fixed one. The door lacks a frame — there's no head jamb or sill, so at one point the hinge jamb came off the wall, to which it had been attached with rather small screws. It was fixed the following morning, but it won't be long till it falls off again. The tabletop ironing board's legs would not stay in position, so we had to put a rolled throw blanket between the board and its legs. The electric kettle would not turn off by itself. The salt shaker was almost empty.

Easy location that is not too loud, but around 10 minutes walk from Polanco, Chapultepec Park, and other busier attractions

Upstairs amenities could have been cleaner, also water in lobby was not refilled for 2 days. The security guard was always present, but not sure where cleaning staff were at times.

The stay was overall good, the apartment has everything one needs and a bit more. The location is perfect, cute little Cafés are just around the corner and parque Chepultapec is very close. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The design is flawless, beautiful and reduced, we liked it a lot. The amenities are helpful, as you don't need to shop right away and especially the bathroom amenities are quality products with good smell. Very friendly on-site staff especially at the gate. Beautiful terrace, very nice big tv, enough washing machines and dryers. Fair price!

Disgusting smell from the bathroom sink that even the staff couldn't fix, during the entirety of our stay. I had to brush my teeth in the kitchen. Gas wasn't working when we came, we had to wait until the next morning to have warm water. A top location checks that before guests arrive. Too hot, especially the bedroom gets very very hot . The mobile cooling tower did not help enough. Unfortunately, there is no help in English as said in the booking information, all staff members speak Spanish only. Supermarkets are unfortunately not as close as hoped. The owners did not respond to my messages via booking.com.

The apartment itself was spacious, very clean and modern. There is a full time security guard at the entrance as well which was wonderful given that I was travelling alone.

It's a great apartment complex in a good location overall, but it is a bit noisy with loud traffic from a nearby major highway and another major road.

Without the exaggeration, this was the best accommodation I have ever stayed in. For five weeks this place become my home and I don't really have a single thing to complain about. I really appreciated the laundry room and the terrace. Special thanks to the cleaners and porters who take care of the entire apartment complex. Hope to stay here again sometime.

Parties were held on the terrace twice a month. Although both ended at midnight, the noise could be heard throughout the apartment complex, which was not pleasant.

Great spot. In a bit of a fun location with lots of traffic around but the room was quiet clean and great value
