Security guards are on duty 24 hours a day, giving a sense of relief. Located in a quiet residential area, so it is not noisy at night.

The shower was broken, and after repeated requests for repairs, the response was slow, and it was eventually fixed five days later. They offered to refund me for a few days, but in the end they did not do that either.

The apartment was great and the staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay again. Had good facilities, including laundry and a rooftop patio. The apartment complex is located in a neighborhood so it's a good walk to most things but the walk was mostly pleasant. Prompt communication.

A guard lets you in and out, you don't get any other way to access the property. It was not a problem, we only waited once for ten minutes for the guard to answer the bell, but I was a bit unclear on what to do if we hadn't been able to get ahold of anyone. No A/C and small windows and we came on an unseasonably warm week, it was mostly fine, a few warm nights. A fan was provided, that was very helpful.
