Holiday Inn Club Vacations Royal Haciendas All Inclusive

The location was quite isolated with very infrequent connection to central pdc at inconvenient times. The taxi service was ok, but that's nothing to do with the hotel.

This was a horrible resort—smelly blankets with no availability of quilted blankets. Low-end cocktails only and the specialty restaurants and spa services were all booked. The buffet was mediocre and their specialty restaurants weren't that good (I made it to one of them). Room service standards are +1 hour for any food delivery and are mostly limited to burgers and pizzas. Rude front desk receptionist.

Without a doubt, the staff and the service provided by the team at the beach, pool, buffet, and overall were exceptional. I have visited many all-inclusive resorts, and I must say they are the best! Excellent human quality—I give them a 20/10! Truly amazing.

I would have liked to find more variety in the buffet food. It wasn't bad, but there wasn't much to choose from either. For instance, I never found a banana. I would have loved to find a better beach; in reality, the hotel doesn't have a proper beach, and the small area there is full of seaweed and many rocks/corals. I would have loved to have access to the restaurants, but no matter how much we tried calling at the times we were informed, it was completely impossible to get a reservation. I was disappointed with the beach; I thought it would be different.

Very well-maintained and clean resort. Beautiful pool area. Attentive and always friendly staff. Well equipped rooms with private kitchenette and the biggest safe we've ever had. Good and varied program for children. We were all very satisfied with our stay and would love to come back.

Everything was to our satisfaction, no problems during our stay.

The resort does not have a beach anymore, the description as a beachfront property and the photos of the beach you see on the website are misleading unfortunately, as it is not possible swimming at this hotel. This was a big let down for me, looking to spend time on a Caribbean beach, otherwise I would have given 5 stars rating,
