"Overall, my stay was Pleasant"

7.0

I loved the beautiful landscaping. Well kept. I loved that they acknowledged my son’s 18th birthday and took their time to decorate our room. That was very sweet. Housekeeping ladies were great.

I wasn’t to crazy about the food. Was very bland to me. But this is just my opinion. The buffet was basic and not as many options as I thought would be. Breakfast was my favorite part of the day. They have this cool pancake maker and it was actually better than room service pancakes. I did enjoy the the smoothies better at the Sol Grill. French fries were over cooked and very small portions every time.

"Vacances au top sauf animations"

8.0

"What a fantastic place!"

10.0

I'm usually a little skeptical with All inclusive and tend to not use big hotels. This place is one of the few places I'd actually go back to. The staff were great the facilties were great and food was also fantastic. Yes the buffet is pretty standard as are most places. The Mexican nights were the best. Their pizza bar was bang on. The little bar that done Tostadas were the best I've had. Prawns were 👌🏼👌🏼. They also held bbqs most days with a changing menu. The stars of the show were the two bookable restaurants that were included with the all inclusive. Kinoko and Las Murales. The food at these two places were fantastic, the Fillet i had at Las Murales was probably one of the best I've had. Not to mention the activities they had daily keeping both kids and adults entertained, whether it was water polo, basketball, volleyball or other water activities. As well as beach volley ball.

Most people in the reviews will say about the seaweed, that can't really be helped as its a naturally occurring thing this time of year however they were in top of it and there was barely on the beach at all. All in all i have no negative remarks.

"Our stay felt like a home away from home, made even more special by the incredible staff"

10.0

Beautiful hotel with everything you need for a family stay. Two pools with easy beach access, great casual dining, and two fine dining restaurants (reservations required)—Los Murales was a standout. The beachside cabana breakfast had a bit of everything (excellent food), and Saul truly went above and beyond. He has excellent people skills, was always smiling, and made our mornings feel special every day. In the evening, Pablo made our pizzeria experience just as memorable. The hotel is clean, welcoming, and the staff is fantastic.

The beach area was somewhat limited and often had seaweed, branches, and other debris, which affected the experience. We only had about two days of clear beach during our nine-day stay. Unfortunately, the kayaks were unavailable throughout our visit due to maintenance. The staff appeared to be working on installing a system to manage the sargassum more effectively.

"Very good all inclusive resort"

10.0

Overall, we really enjoyed it. We only stayed two nights to round out our two-week trip, and we hadn't stayed at an all-inclusive hotel on this trip until then. It has everything a large resort should offer: large pools (including one with a semi-Olympic lane), activities for children and adults, several restaurants and bars, and plenty of food and drink. We didn't even get to see everything, as we only stayed two nights. The room had more amenities than we expected, including a kitchenette with a microwave, coffeemaker, sink, and several sets of plates and glasses (I was curious why anyone would want to use this at an all-inclusive resort). For lunch, the large buffet restaurant was closed, so we used the pool bars, which have a wide variety of snacks and main courses. Unlike a buffet, you have to wait a while for the food to arrive. We visited the hotel in July, which isn't peak season for the Riviera Maya, but I can imagine that during the peak season of December and January, the wait might be annoying for some. However, the buffet should be open during these months in the main restaurant. For dinner, we managed to get reservations at the "reservations required" restaurants both nights we stayed. These restaurants ask you to dress up a bit and pretend you're not at an all-you-can-eat resort (although you can order the entire menu). It adds a touch of sophistication and allows you to avoid the buffet lines. We really enjoyed both, the Asian Kinoco and the international Los Murales. We didn't have the chance to have dinner at the main buffet restaurant. I would return to this resort.

The wait time could be a little shorter when ordering food or drinks at the pool bars. It doesn't detract from the experience. During peak season, it can be worse, but I imagine they should have more staff.
