La habitacion es enorme incluso tiene cocina muy completa. Variedad de piletas y actividades para todas las edades. El personal muy amable y servicial. Excelente todo! La comida muy buena, muy variada y los restaurantes de excelente calidad!

"No muy buena experiencia"

En general el establecimiento es muy bueno, las piletas grandes estan geniales.

Estaba en la primer habitación y tiraban el sargazo al lado de mi ventana...el olor era horrible, el agua caliente salia muy tibia siempre y pusieron un generador afuera de la habitación...mucho ruido no estuvo bien. El personal era muy insistente en que firmes los recibos para que les dieran propinas.

Las instalaciones del hotel son muy bonitas, muy cuidadas con buen mantenimiento. Las piscinas excelentes, y el ambiente muy tranquilo y familiar, excelente para descansar y desconectarse del trabajo.

Que le expliquen al huésped que la charla sobre el hotel es para ofrecerle una inversión, y no informativa sobre las instalaciones del mismo. Al final, uno va al hotel a descansar y no a pensar en inversiones.

"Good resort, unless you want decent room service"

Staff was all great.. Except the room service captain.

Room service menu very limited after 10:30. Which would be fine except once it got to 10pm they would never answer the phone until well after 10:30. The last time we tried ordering, we started before 10, and no one answered until 10:45. When I complained, the room service captain claimed the only call I made was at 10:41. Room service food was always cold when it arrived as well.

Nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire au Royal Haciendas. L’hôtel est magnifique et d’une propreté irréprochable, que ce soit dans la chambre, les parties communes, les piscines ou encore les restaurants. Nous avons eu la belle surprise d’être surclassés dans une superbe chambre avec vue sur la mer, grâce à Beatriz à l’accueil, qui a fait preuve d’une grande gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme remarquable. Un grand merci également à Adriana, qui nous a aidés tout au long du séjour afin que la barrière de la langue ne soit jamais un problème. Son assistance a réellement facilité notre expérience. Les restaurants à thème sont excellents, avec une qualité de service et de cuisine au top. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et y retournerons avec plaisir !
