Very clean

Front desk staff sent us to the wrong room. We asked for An extra night as I got sick. Called the customer service. They didn’t speak to the front desk got helped by the manager in duty that was very condescending.

The standard food was just average although the two onsite restaurants were exceptional! (reservations required)

La atención del personal específicamente Conserjería: GUSTAF quien era el Conserje que nos atendió junto a ello presión por asistir a una reunión de ventas de programas de Membresia, que terminó siendo incómodo y desagradable en especial la intervención del jefe llamado CHARLI.

Henry, our waiter at the grill during lunch, was very kind, professional, and welcoming. He was the only truly positive part of our stay.

We stayed Dec 31, 2025 – Jan 1, 2026 (1 night), 2 rooms, 7 guests, booked All Inclusive. Upon arrival, the hotel informed us that the New Year’s Eve dinner/event was private and required an extra fee of 1,400 MXN per person, which was not disclosed at the time of booking. We were told we could have dinner elsewhere on the property, but the alternative provided was very basic for New Year’s Eve and the service was not customer-oriented. Additionally, at 12:00 a.m. there were no bars open, which directly affected the All Inclusive benefit (selected beverages included), especially on New Year’s Eve. We spoke with management (Jesus Adame) and were told the hotel does not offer any compensation or refunds for this situation. I would not recommend this property for holiday dates unless all NYE conditions/fees and operating hours are clearly confirmed in writing beforehand.

Very family oriented. Great kids club. Great food and drinks.

AC bit noisy in the room. Can only get coffee from the Rotunda bar in the main part of the hotel.
