1. Room itself was not bad 2. Ping-pong and pool game sometimes was available

1. There is no beach in this hotel. It's on the beach, but that is not something you can call beach 2. Food is OK for 2 starts hotel, not for 5 starts. For lunch you will have only burgers/pizza, no main restaurant open 3. What you can expect on lunch time - 30 to 60 minutes food delivery to your table. 4. There are a lot of seaweed, beach and sea is not clean at all. 5. Some facilities, like elevator near the restaurant does not function well.

O Quarto amplo e espaçoso, a limpeza é boa e os restaurantes a lá carte são muito bons também! O custo benefício de uma estadia All In vale a pena! Há uma equipe de monitoras para crianças pequenas, e uma programação de atividades infantis, são funcionárias muito novas, talvez estagiárias ou aprendizes, mas fazem bem o seu papel.

O restaurante buffet a la carte la pallapa del sol é bom, mas poderia ser melhor, em uma noite o mal cheiro da praia, provavelmente do sargaço em decomposição, estava em todo o salão do restaurante, impossível ter apetite com o mal cheiro! Provavelmente em razão da época que fomos, quando o sol se põe, a invasão de mosquitos não permite mais ficar na piscina, são milhares deles. A TV do quarto é antiga, não é Smart e não é possível assistir um YouTube ou Netflix.

Pagamos aprox $120 de impuestos del hotel y municipales en la reserva de Booking, al hacer el checkout hicieron el cobro por aprox $6 más de "impuestos por saneamiento". Este impuesto no estaba mencionado al momento de hacer el check in y no me parece que se debió hacer si ya se habían pagado con la reserva (no es por el monto, sino porque ya se habían pagado impuestos). Adicional a esto, hay menú de comida y bebidas que no están incluidos y tienen cargo adicional (esto sí te lo mencionan, pero siendo "todo incluido", no debería ser). El menú en los restaurantes con reserva tienen precio, entiendo que es para personas que no tienen plan de todo incluido, pero juega un poco con la mente

Oceanside room was wonderful. Staff were hardworking and very friendly. Food was excellent too. Suite was great value.

Didn’t like some past reviews of the property which were negative and didn’t represent the property accurately. Especially annoyed by the suggestion that a traveller was “drugged “ at the bar by a bartender, which is nonsensical:”hello, if you’re dehydrated and drink too much you fall down, end of story.

The staff was awesome. They were very welcoming and attentive to our needs and likes. The property is along a stretch of the coast that has very large amounts of seaweed but the company has mitigated its impact with barriers off shore. The ocean view is spectacular and the resort itself is a real beauty.

The bed was quite firm. There were some renovations being completed during our stay, but the noise and inconvenience were minimal.
