"Not worth the price"

New hvac . New fridge

Everything dated cabinet stove. Un level floors no ac or heat in bedrooms you have to leave doors open to get air or heat in bedrooms. One bedroom door sticking. Hardly no receptacle green cords run every where to run lamps. Ceiling repairs look to be done hand reminded me of paper machete you done as a kid. Trim work looks bad. Not worth 1200 for 5 night stay. Maybe 500.00 to 600.00. Oh yeah very noisy from traffic and Mexican restaurant. People walking behind tattoo shop that look out door of bungalow you look at the back of building. Not even kidding . They leave face masks and ear plugs because of bright lights all night from Hollywood wax museum with king Kong on the top of it bird chipping half the night i can keep going wife had to wash half the dishes found dirty measuring spoons house keeping very poor. We get better shed in west Virginia to ride side by sides

How close it was to town, the jetted tub in bathroom.

Water pressure was not good in shower, hotub jets not really strong , could tell it was an older hotub. Was not able to enjoy it much on Sat due to rain and storms and hotub not covered.

It was close to everything and mostly private for the location.

We just felt bad for tracking in so many leaves from outside. Maybe an outdoor broom or mat for inside the door could help.
