The calmness and green nature of the area. The stuff are very friendly and happy and loving and welcoming as well.

Low budget done really well. Simple but comfortable rooms, good breakfast, hot shower and a green environment. And Francis is an excellent manager, friendly and professional.

Rooms comfortable, clean, set back from road so less road noise, lovely garden setting and close to town - 3 min on foot to town and 5 to Link Bus station. Very friendly and helpful staff, friendly cat

Part of property is a netted sports hub. Soccer went to 10pm which was fine but then very noisy cricket till midnight and apparently this is common. Pity owners are prioritising the sports over resident comfort so they can’t be serious about attracting guests!

The staff is outstandingly friendly and caring. They helped me with everything, reserved my activities. The environment of the accommodation is so calm and beautiful. The breakfast is amazing. I think the best place I have stayed so far in Uganda. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Hot water available. The dining area is nice, brunch available for an extra fee.

A little shelf and a mirror could be useful in the bathroom.

Francis is an excellent host.

The rooms are small but cozy and clean. The bathroom was also small but clean and the shower had plenty of hot water! Breakfast was simple - omelette, toast, fruits and tea. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Sadly the WiFi didn't work during our stay but was in the process of being fixed.

We really enjoyed our stay at Gaia Eco Hub. It is easy to find, in the city center and such a cozy place. The garden has multiple areas for chilling and there is an area to have breakfast. The rooms were clean, the sheets smelled fresh and we had a proper and warm blanket. We were three people and therefore booked a dorm and a double room. Luckily there were three other girls staying at the dorm, so it was not a problem that the room was quite small. Francis welcomed us with a big smile and always helped us out. He also organized a Boda driver to check out the nature for a fair price. We were lucky because we experienced a flea market that takes place every last Saturday of the month.

The accommodation is located directly on a street (=centrally located), but the green garden offers a great retreat and you can hangout and read, work on your laptop,... The café is very nice and the little store has great (natural) products you can buy for your friends & family. Francis, the employee, is super friendly and is always available for questions and totally helpful. We felt totally at home and were very grateful that we were allowed into our room despite our early arrival (3 hours before check-in).
