The staff was great, Francis was really helpful and super kind. The spot is nice and relaxing, the brekfast were good and generous. We slept very well.

The shower is not very good, the water is lukewarm and the installation should be improved.

Loved sitting in the garden - a little oasis in a dusty town. That is what makes this place special. Francis does the day to day running of the place and is extremely helpful and pleasant. Thanks for all the Rolex chapati omlettes! They sell local sustainable arts and crafts here which is a nice touch. This is simple accommodation, nothing fancy, in a very pretty setting.

The staff was incredibly friendly. They helped me making a plan and walked with me to get some local food. They also have a very friendly cat. The wifi is very good and it is a good spot to relax. Quiet and beautiful place.

The bed was a little bit small and the electricity stoped working some times.

The location was very good, in the center of the city. Nice atmosphere. Great breakfast.

Francis was very nice and he made the best breakfasts we had in Uganda. For breakfast we got pancakes, waffles, omelettes, french toasts, fresh fruits and coffee. And we were also able to buy some eco products.

The mosquito net wasn't working properly. The wifi didn't work much and we didn't have warm water.

the staff here is simply wonderful. so kind and gentle and very accommodating! the breakfast is delicious and made with such love! the hot shower was so nice!

the bathroom needs a mirror! providing a hand towel for the bathroom would be nice too. also, my cash was low and i needed to pay by credit card but this wasn’t an option. these are small things of course and definitely not a deal breaker!

We stayed at Gaia Eco Hub BnB in Fort Portal for just one night, and we really liked it. It’s more than just a place to stay—it’s a sustainable accommodation that also sells local products, organizes a weekly farmers' market in their own yard, and has a sports and playground area for everyone to enjoy. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was amazing. The rooms are simple and nice, and the garden, with its seating areas, is cozy and sustainably designed.

Close to town, quiet enough, friendly staff, very cheap and a lovely friendly cat.
