Wonderful place to stay that’s a short walk from the Link bus station. The dorm was a little small but I was alone so it was a moot point. Showers have hot water and good water pressure. Towels are included. The best part of the place is the staff, Francis! His cooking is amazing and he makes you feel like you’re at home! Definitely coming back when I return to Fort Portal! The cat, Luna is mischievous but very adorable!

There was no wifi when I was there. Hope it will be sorted out soon. Other than that it was perfect!

Gaia Eco Hub is a fantastic place to stay. The garden creates a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious & freshly made. Francis was an exceptional host—warm, friendly, and always ready to help. He made sure we had everything we needed and even helped us organize a great hike to the Amabere Caves and waterfall. The hospitality and comfort made us feel truly at home. Highly recommended!:)

Great location with combo of guesthouse, art and culture centre and space outside in the garden or roofed building to chill down. The best of Gaia is the big man Francis, his smile brightens your day and his kindness is famous.

Staying alone in the dorm was a luxury and if full, it might be a bit small. However, you would barely spend time inside as there's ample green space outside and a great barrack with artwork and seating.

The staff could not be nicer. Francis who manages the place helped above and beyond.

Francis a brilliant host going out of his way to be helpful in so many ways from booking transport to giving advice for what to do in area, good value for money, calm setting in Fort Portal.

Beautiful and tranquil location in downtown Fort Portal. Great place to spend a few hours reading a book while listening to the birds. Frances, the host, was amazing and did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

Quiet surroundings and good location.

Gate was locked at 10pm without notice so we couldn't get out for our only night in the city. The morning after breakfast was more than 30 mins late which meant we almost missed our bus. Also toilet door didn't close, and mosquito net was too small.

Good spot for a couple days to explore Fort Portal. Friendly staff, Barbara and Francis were wonderful and super helpful and always smiling. Good breakfast. Short walk from the Link bus station. Shower was warm and had great pressure, best we’ve had in Uganda thus far!

Rooms a bit small as well as the bed for two people. But we made it work.
