The location is excellent, fabulous facilities, spacious and comfortable close to all amenities, Sian very helpful, good communication, easy key pickup and drop off. Would highly recommend 👌

Location perfect - very clean and kitchen very well equipped . The Christmas tree was a lovely extra for our pre Christmas weekend . Good to have a secure parking space . Beds comfy

Shower wasn’t always hot. No combi boiler so needed water tank to heat up

We just love the apartment, the parking and the surrounding area

The lock box was a bit of a pain, both gaining the keys and returning them. I had to call the property for the lock box code as I hadn’t received notification before the advised time, hopefully just a hiccup. Gaining access to the keys had been easier when there was a key safe. It wouldn’t stop us from returning though.

Safe and secure parking with good instructions. Very large apartment with everything you need. Very clean and centrally located

Key collection was the other end of town to the train station but as my friend was driving she picked me up and we drove together to get the keys.

Location and comfortable beds

Tired in places; ripped blind in living area; fridge hadn't been cleaned properly; fans ran in bathrooms all night.

Location was great, flat was very warm,was left extras like tea, coffee, biscuits, washing tablets which was great

The memory foam mattress was uncomfortable

Fabulous apartment in a really good location with parking space available... well equipped with outdoor space a bonus. Very central for shops bars and restaurants. Sian was particularly helpful. Would definitely stay again.
