It was great

There wasn't a carafe for the coffee pot, there wasn't a plug/connecter for the electric kettle, the toaster should be replaced. The cupboards had fingerprints and dirt on them. Poor condition of counters and surface areas made it look even dirtier. A fresh paint job would also do wonders for the place as most areas were speckled with dirt.

I think that charging what they did for this place is ridiculous! The surfaces had been washed with soapy water - that included the TV screen which was streaked with soap. The carpet looked like it should have been replaced ten years ago. There were three levels of stair which made it difficult for seniors like ourselves to get luggage up to the apt. The sponge in the kitchen was old and dirty. For the cost of renting this place one should get a clean and fresh items! The smoke detectors were removed. The heating vent in the entry was coated with dust and lint.

Location is great, spacious

Place needs TLC. Stained blankets on beds as well as stained sofa covers gives a cringe, unclean feeling. Also the One remote control volume does not work properly. The building is extremely noisy and smelled of Marijuana much of the time. Left 2 nights early. Was not peaceful.
