Good location. Great parking as spaces were large. Room was nicely appointed if a little dark as in the annex with 2 tiny windows.

The shift manager on arrival was brisk & seeed unwilling to ‘put herself out’ when we were requesting a table for dinner & there was no sense of importance in checking us in efficiently. The shift manager in the evening was accommodating in securing us a table (there were 8 of us) at a set time for breakfast but then in the morning we had been moved from the table shown to us previously & with no apology or even courtesy. This was again the shift manager from when we checked in. I also tried to speak to her about our broken shower & the fact that the noise from the room above everyone they flushed the toilet or ran water was awful. Exceptionally loud to the point of thinking it was in our room the first time. She seemed completely non plussed about this & basically said sorry about that I’ll get maintenance to look in to it. I asked for head office contact details when she said this was all she could do & was told to Google it!

Wonderful stay

Everything was satisfactory, location,facilities large car park and the staff were very helpful and efficient. The room was perfect ground floor and very comfortable and clean, will return in the near future.

Very nice and value for money my only gripe was the shower did not drain as all the floor was lino and the shower was not that hot other than that everything else was good Breakfast was very nice but didn't like the lamb hotpot pie 1 piece of lamb and the rest was fat but rooms are nice
