Parking is free for customers, customers must enter their vehicle registration on tablets provided at the bar to avoid penalties Please inform the property in advance of your stay if you plan to bring pets. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of GBP 15 per day. Please note that the rooms can only be accessed via stairs. When booking five or more rooms, group terms and conditions are applied to your reservation. A 10% non-refundable deposit is taken at time of booking and full payment and rooming list are required six weeks prior to your arrival. These terms replace any other booking policies agreed with online travel agents. A deposit may be required at the property.

The room was a very good size and well provisioned. The staff were really friendly and the choice of food on the menu was excellent.

The noise that carried into my room from the room above due to the plumbing.

Breakfast lovely and catered for all i.e. hot breakfast, continental etc tea and coffee on tap along with a variety of juices. Staff friendly and happy to go the extra mile for you

The position of the toilet in the bathroom. It was straight in front of the radiator, hardly any room to sit straight therefore you had to sit sideways.

"Lovely, comfy, convenient"

It was close to betws-y-coed. I loved that it had the bus stop outside so we could get to Snowden and back with convenience. Beds were comfy, staff were lovely, room was very clean.
