Friendly staff, very dog friendly hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Lovely decor in bar and restaurant.

Only slight issue was that the restaurant was really warm to the point where it was a little uncomfortable!

Evening meal was diabolical , reduced menu then lots of items not alavailble the food we had we did not enjoy so would not eat in evening again. Breakfast was delicious

Great location - very close to bus stop that takes you to Pen-y-pass. Breakfast was great and staff were very welcoming and helpful. Good, comfortable rooms

We were in room 310 and the door let a lot of light in. Would recommend that blinds are installed over the window in the door.

The location was nice opposite the road from the waterfalls a £2 entry fee each . Nice looking bar area and food was good

Not been told about the green scheme on arrival instead of a complimentary drink ? The staff were apparently not allowed to enter your room even to put toilet roll inside . Also the towels you bring them to the bar to get them changed. I always thought that was covered in your nightly rate . Very strange

Location was ideal, breakfast was really tasty.

We paid £189 for our room to find that the extra king size bed’s duvet cover had a large rip. The bed wasn’t that comfortable either. We did let the staff know, but they were so short staffed that evening and no house keeping staff available the quilt cover was left. My partner and I ordered two different meals to find out that they were not ob the menu that evening. The place felt a bit like faulty towers. We were so looking foward to our break. 😢
