Ubicación única y espectacular. Si no tiene coche considera que está muy cuesta arriba y desde la estación de Fiumelatte son mínimo 25 minutos caminando en subida. El GPS no lleva para el camino más rápido. Vistas desde la terraza únicas y super tranquilo

La limpieza no fue lo mejor... Muchísimas telarañas en la casa y algunas que otras manchas en las paredes. Solo nos dejaron medio rollo de papel para dos personas dos días.

The lock box was one of eleven boxes none of which were labelled with the house details and the code given opened 2 different boxes. We had to contact Desy several times to be able to access the correct keys for the house

Good location. Uphill, keep that in mind. Nice small front yard. The place has a gorgeous view of Lake Como. Finding the place was easy with host instructions. Getting the keys and entering were all very straight forward. But several issues including smelly towels, smelling of natural gas at times, if you don't fold the towels or fix your bed prior to leaving, the host can take pictures and videos after and ask you to pay them extra or keep your deposit, so be wary of this. I'll attach the pictures they sent me to be totally transparent. I've got nothing to hide; this has never happened to me and I always leave homes in good condition. Yea, I didn't do the bed or fold my used towels (their towels were terrible btw), but I didn't think that was an expectation anywhere, tbf. There's a cleaning fee included in the stay. So I'm not sure where the confusion is.

Towels: The towels were old, used, and smelled of mildew, so we couldn't shower the first night. We tried washing them and they still smelled terrible, and so we left them outside to dry and used our own clothes to dry off instead. I made the mistake of not telling this to the host right away. Natural gas: Keep in mind it will smell like natural gas inside and at times outside the home. This really needs to be fixed, I do properties myself and this is a hazard. I did bring this up to the host and they stated it was "an external problem" and that they checked in the house and it was "ok for gas." I would bring a gas monitor if you're booking this home. Deposit: 3 days after leaving, they stated we left the home in "not good condition" and asked for more money. I'm going to attached the pictures they sent me and I want you to be the judge of this. I left the towels outside - like I said - to dry after washing because they smelled of mildew. There's a used towel on the ground in the bathroom. Was the expectation to fold a used towel for the next guest to use? Look at the towels in the picture. They're at least ten years old. Bed: A picture shows the bed unfixed. Aren't you going to clean the sheets anyways? Why would I fix the bed?? I've never had a host message this. I host myself. I'm not expecting a fixed bed after a stay. I need to clean the sheets anyways. Dishes: The dishes by the sink were cleaned the night before and were still drying. I'm not going to put them away before they're dry - that traps moisture in the cupboard. Notice that there isn't food, crumbs, water, or a hint of trash ANYWHERE in those pictures. The dishwasher was full of cleaned dishes because I ran the dishwasher the morning we left to save the host time. I forgot to close the shutters. My partner left the wrong amount of tax, we were short 5 euro.

We loved the view and the place. It’s perfect if you have a dog and a car. There is a car park just in front of the establishment. The landscape is incredible and the residence is beautiful in a quiet location. The apartment is well equipped and has a bedroom, a living room with sofa and a bathroom.

Several points bothered us a little: only two coffee capsules for two nights, no detergent, we have to clean and trash garbage when leaving. A bit limit for the price and for two nights. the towels are old and the bed not very comfortable. Apartment a little dark as well and we were waiting for the neighbor upstairs to do his needs ...

It’s very calm location and the view is spectacular, easy self check-in. The host is easy to reach, fast reply. Clean toilet and bed sheets You will need a car to reach the center which was okay with us.

There is only one portable air conditioner .. it didn’t do much, and it comes with a pipe that must be put outside the window.. which is not practical, or in the living room which makes the living room very hot. There are spider webs everywhere , some places have dust too.

Emplacement magnifique, le gros point fort du logement.. Facile à trouver, bonne communication avec le propriétaire (même si je ne l'ai pas vu). Jardin privé très sympa, à qq minutes du centre..

Logement qui mérite un petit coup de jeune.. Manque également un micro ondes et toaster... Mais ce n'est pas trop important.. Par contre, la mauvaise odeur incessante dans la salle de bain,même si le propriétaire a mi un diffuseur de parfum, pour masquer un peu l'odeur... C'est le point négatif de ce logement...
